DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Lay out a vision for safety.2. Lead and model safety excellence. 3. Identify and monitor hazardous situations, often including risk categorization.4. Minimize hazards and proactively reduce risk in the workplace. 5. Create and track safety-related objectives, metrics, and goals for the organization.6. Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations.8. Enforce safety standards and processes.9. Create and share a formal Occupational Health and Safety Policy.10. Drive employee engagement and meaningful involvement.11. Create, maintain, and improve policies and systems related to safety?all designed to create a culture of continuous improvement.12. Perform regular patrols, inspections, evaluations, and/or walk-throughs of facilities and/or properties.14.Conduct toolbox meeting and other ongoing learning opportunities for staff.15. Ensure all staff?from temp, contract workers to regular employees?have completed necessary training and are equipped for roles. Salary is negotiable and depends on your Qualification and Experience.
