Job Description

JOB BRIEF:   We are searching for a perceptive, creative Administrative Manager to oversee office operations and administrative staff members. The Administrative Manager will hire, train, and evaluate administrative team members, develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures, and generally ensuring the office operate smoothly and efficiently. You will also assist in developing and enforcing budgets, delegating tasks and tracking progress on projects, and planning and organizing a calendar of events, which may include training sessions, interviews, new hire orientations, and policy or procedure updates.   SALIENT ROLES:   1.Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. 2.Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary. 3.Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures. 4.Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained. 5.Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses. 6.Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions. 7.Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems. 8.Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals. 9.Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities. 10.Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations 11.Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments   REQUIREMENTS:   1.Proven experience as administration manager 2.In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies 3.Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles 4.Proficient in MS Office 5.An analytical mind with problem-solving skills 6.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 7.A team player with leadership skills 8.BSc/BA in business administration or relative field   Interested candidates should send their application letters and updated CVs to the  email address below: Email: careers@maximalengg.com   Applicants can also visit our website and apply through our website: http://www.maximalengg.com/
